Brian Blessed hosted the HE Awards ceremony at the college I work at recentlyLast year they had someone from The Apprentice to host it but they had a weedy voice and people at the back couldn't hear him, so rather than improving the amplification system or hiring a hall with better acoustics, they got Brian Blessed instead!
