Drawing an equivalence between entitlement to money through earning it, and entitlement to money through being needy, produces quite strange results.Not that results aren't quite strange already what with banks having been bailed out due to being needy, and the whole concept of entitlement to money through being needy is quite strange in the first place, but there you are.
