Edd?It's funny; online relationships are a strange thing. While we don't know each other in the same way as we know our RL family / friends, we can often know our online friends in just as deep a way without knowing them. I have shed many a tear or said heartfelt prayers for lost online friends but if I ever had passed them in the street I wouldn't have known. I don't think people who have frequented message boards know how deep the relationships can get. It took my hubby quite some time to understand why I get upset over 'strangers', and that was only after he started using message boards himself.
