the fucked up thing about this rating system is that most of the reasons for the block are because the site appears on other block-lists :/ .
My guess is that one day many weeks or months ago, the site was probably temporarily hacked. The site owner was probably alerted and patched things up, but the poor reputation remains

hmmI wonder if this is due to "other" issues
I know there was some problem a while back with naughtyness regarding mp3s.. some naughty folk might have been using it as a naughty dump
