(I'm in danger of sounding like a fanboy).There is a lot of eeriness and emptiness in these games, wandering through empty houses, decaying buildings before it gets really weird.
The original is very buggy (pm me if you ever get the game as it can be a bastard to set up).

It's almost like Fallout 3 in that sense, exploring ruins, uncovering abandoned tech and reading accounts left behind.I was a little disappointed New Vegas didn't do this as much, as I love games that allow you to do all that.
And this might break some peoples' hearts, but I've never played S.T.A.L.K.E.R, as good as it looks and sounds. ><
