I believe any psychological trait labelling can be misleading.Everybody has varying degrees of everything -- I like to think of the labels as mile-markers and not destinations.
I fit a (to some, disconcertingly) large number of those traits.
It's just fortunate for society and myself that I was brought up on the 'right side of the tracks' :)

I used to have arguments with my psychology lecturer over labelling.It has it's own effects.
Psychiatry has to label in order to prescribe for a particular illness.
Trying to differentiate between 'Personality Disorders' and other traits, symptoms etc. is difficult.
