Another reluctant 'click' as it were.Ive had the 'pleasure' of dealing with ATOS, and although not anywhere near as bad as your missus' situation, to me at the time it was every bit as important. They are a stupid bunch of fucking brain deads that Im sure just flip a coin to decide which ones get any help. They may as well have a delicatessen style number picker for everyone waiting that day and at 4 pm just decide odds or evens, that seems a better system than the current one :)
