The thing is that he thinks he is doing good work
preventing badly written legislation appearing on the statute books, and to be fair he is half right, we don't need more badly conceived law in this country.
On the other hand, he is a twat for blocking what are clearly sensible, if poorly drafted bills. He could at least try to improve them.
And did I mention he is a twat?
