That's a bit harsh.He helped save somebody from drowning, and took the time when I wrote to him (somewhat tongue-in-cheek), with the subject 'Drowning woman' and the message body 'Nice one.'.
He wrote a nice long letter back, outlining the overwhelming positive response he'd had.
