Well, I guess it could be just for the sake of being random. Or for the sake of hummus.
BTW, here is a nice low fat recipie for hummus:
Put 1 can of drained chick peas,a clove of garlic, a couple of spoons of yoghurt, the juice of half a lemon and a splosh of olive oil in a processor. Blend until resembles hummus. Eat.
