Hot off the press:
'the nationwide measurement of cats who are in need of feeding has topped the 75% mark.
currently 94% of cats nationwide are still waiting for their lunch.
The Prime Minister, Tony Blair has issued this statement:
'It is important that the citizens of this country do not panic at this time. I call on all cat-owners to immediately open their cupboards and distribute the long overdue kit-e-kat as fast as possible. emergency stores have been sanctioned for use and are available in most major supermarkets. once again, it is important that we do not panic, and get these cats fed today, by 5 o'clock if possible.'
He then stepped back inside number 10 for an emergency meeting with Dr. A Thimble-Jones, minister for Felines.'

quick people, theres no time to waste - get your cats fed please.
