wellI closed my company yesterday to finsih a business relationship - huh - I brought in 90% of the biz and money for the past 1.5 years and then he went and did a job I put his way and took all the money.
SO I formed new one and had to do all the shit, bank, accountants, lawyers, VAT, etc but after 15 years together I feel strangely free and peaceful again....weird
