I had good luck with the fixer.com sitePrinted a bunch of info to fix a friend's vcr. After I got the machine I tried it out. It worked fine without using the remote. Turns out the remote had the eject button stuck and every time he used the vcr it kept ejecting the tape! Got a few free beers for doing nothing.
