# Just above
*Edit*
But the real scary moment was when my step brother, John, and his friends did a ouija board whilst our parents was on holiday. I was 16, he and his mates were 18.

They sat on the patio with the patio doors open and used the oiuja board half in the garden, half in the back room - it was coming up with strange sentances. Some of my brothers mates were asking quite irresponsable questions, but I won't go into that now.

My sister, Josie, had brought down some majickal candles and had put them around the room, but only to create an atmosphere, not for any deeper reason. One of these candles was sort of sparkling and fizzing all night long. No-one took much notice of this though.

Once everyone had gotten there share of fear from the ouija board they decided to retire into the other room, leaving my sister and a couple of Johns mates. As they were having a conversation they patio door swung back (seemingly by a gust of wind) and they all saw, in the reflection of the patio door which had swung into place, a ghostly arm and hand 'interfering' with the candle that had been fizzing all night long. My sister screamed and both of them came running into the other room. The bloke she was with, can't remember his name, was a big bloke, not the sort of person that gets scared easily, and he had almost physically shat in his pants. Everyone was petrified. It was the summer of '94 and the patio doors were left open, with the oiuja board in the middle of them for about 3 days because everyone was too scared to go near it.

Shock and fear.

Harsh.
