but it started by trying to break up an argument then I got the brunt of the abuse, I'm still getting shitty comments now. then being in a bad mood caused me to get into a bit of a ruck with my boss :(

You can do it! They're losers anyway, you were obviously trying to do a good deed and it backfired. Lesson: be nasty all the time and ignore people. Oh, and eat cake and squeeze kittens until poo comes out.
