ohhhhI lived in that place you refer to, and they came after me, for council tax in a student house I lived in (who don't have to pay it), I managed to prove I was a student during that time, but could trace the other 3 people I lived with...so the fuckers made me pay the £800 off myself, dispite the fact that I proved I was a student, they 'lost' our origianl exception certificates and I couldn't find the other people...I fucking hate Cackney council.......urgh typing very HARD now.
