Another magical thingI was in the woods..a very small woods around a quarry. I was playing with my dog. We were racing up and down paths and I was trying to keep her from finding me. I heard her running on a path to the side of mine and at the point that they crossed, I jumped out to scare her and came face to face with a large deer. We stood frozen for a second and then it leaped past me and plunged down the steep side of the quarry, into the water at the bottom. It swam all the way across and climbed up the other side and ran into the woods once more.
