anyone know how to rip small, say 30-second parts from a dvd to mpeg/divx? there are decrypters for whole dvds, but i just want snippets.

But not for any copyrighted dvd's (so therefore it's not naughty at all)..

someone sent me a dvd of me performing on a stage in a field somewhere and I want to make an mpeg of bits of it.
