You'd think that putting contraceptive vending machines in pubswould naturally curb their numbers.
Perhaps we need to install the machines next to the alcopop section of off-licences.
(I saw a reference a while ago to a proposed scheme to stop chav breeding by putting contraceptive drugs into Sunny Delight. Might work...)
