Allthough very funnyBoth of the objects have only (partly)influenced the work of MC Escher, but were allready drawn down, ages before Escher went to work with them.

i thought about using the name "Penrose"as the triangle and staircase are named after him, but I sold out and went for the name that everyone knew...
If I wanted to be really obscure I could have used "Anno" as the percussionist (after the Japanese artist Mitsumasa Anno - I am a great fan of his work), but pratically no one would have got that...
