# Ghee Masala Dosa
Ghee Masala Dosa for alf
* Rice flour and urad flour- 3:1 ratio
* Salt to taste
* Ghee
* Mashed potato masala- 1 cup

Keep it in a warm place for about 7-8 hrs to ferment.
Serve hot with chutneys or sambar.
