i really doubt that if you didfind somebody who host sites with php and sql and the like with unlimited bandwidth that even they would allow a site to have the much throughput.
Would it be possible to change the way the message board worked and get one of those places hosting vbullitin sites for free or minimal charge as this is the most active php bit of the site isnt it and have the other data kept somewhere else (by other i mean html and get that somewhere with unlimited bandwidth ? - just a thought
