# No one is to blame
because everyone is to blame, which means no one is to blame - and just because I accept full responsibility does not mean that I should resign, because even though I accept that mistakes were made and that those mistakes were my responsibility, no one is to blame, and there is no need to reform our intelligence and governmental decision-making processes because even though mistakes were made and there are systemic problems, no one is to blame.

Clear?
