in my opinion,mspaint has one of the best user interfaces ever. it's nice and clean and simple, and allows viewing of the whole image on one screen, and the toolbars are exactly how they should be and don't intrude on the picture at all.

it's pants for photo stuffbut the name paint implies that it's not trying to do photo stuff. and it's not. it's fantastic at what it was designed for
