edit: never really had a play with ful scale CMS's, I just use wordpress for blogging. Hack that about it if I feeel the need to tinker.

aye I wrote a dopey wee blog thing for my sitewhich is why I like hosting it at home; I`d never really used PHP before, although I know Java very well the whole Apache-Tomcat thing was too much hassle to keep going (did that for about a year)
my next step is to make the site look nice.. cos it looks shite :)
