I worked as a stocktaker, placed all over Europe, mainly working with Belgians, fun job!Once we got a job in Woolworths in London, I warned EVERYONE to
stock up on beer and smokes (they ALL smoked!) but they all were
derisive in a 'you English and your stupid obsessions' way. Then at the
end of the first working day, they were HORRIFIED when they went to
some cigs out of a pub machine, then DISGUSTED by the beer, then the
bar closed!! I sat there smiling saying 'Well, I DID warn you' smugly! :D
