WEBSITE designer Carl Baldwin, who created the Argentinian team with handbags picture, is to produce a jokey guide to the World Cup exclusively for our readers.

The computer-enhanced image, which we splashed on our front page yesterday, became a sensation after being emailed all over the world.

But Carl, 38, who created the fun picture for work colleagues, was amazed when it appeared in the Mirror.

He said: 'I was gobsmacked. All my colleagues have been buying copies and piling them on my desk. It's incredible.'

Now Carl and workmates at Rufus Leonard Design are to create more amusing images with computer wizardry.

Carl, from Whitechapel, East London, said: 'A friend had emailed me the photos of the Argentinian team lined up and they looked so girlie and cringey, I thought I'd give them a few handbags.

'It was before the game so obviously I had no idea how it would turn out. After the party, I emailed it to a few people and suddenly everything went mad. People as far afield as Sydney and Hong Kong have seen it.'
