# i ahve actually had the reverse of this happen to me
i was bought earrings, which iwere quite nice. months later had blazing row,turned out they were *little* more expensive than thought. truth came out eventually, turned out to be so expensive i can't possibly wear them without checking my head constantly.
it's not good. topshop jewellery am better.

i DO own a pair of Butcher's Finest. But have never worn them even in irony. Plastic chandeliers don't really suit me
