Well, I have to be honest, I find any big hoop earring a bit camp,but the right ear pierced = bum-gay thing was what everyone was told, back in the day.
I had a 27mm hole in my left lobe until recently, so it's not like I'm just anti-piercing, I just hate gold hoops, they are tacky and just a bit wierd.
