so it is exactlybeef that is ground ( and I would beg to differ there as it is rarely beef and more like some cow lips and a bag of sawdust ) yet it is not meat that is minced? Considering the meat goes through a mincing machine and I have a severe case of white winitis this morning you are doing your level best to confuse me.

A mincing machine might just as easily be calleda grinding machine.
