it comes with aquarter inch jack on the receiver and has a quarter inch to 3mm plug adapter so it's good to go out of the box unless you have RCA phono in for your mic line where you would have to buy an adapter cable ( easy to buy or make from maplins )

yes, you can plug the 3mmadapter into the card. Then plug the wireless battery powered receiver into that ( or the mic cable ) and then profit. That's how I use mine.
