mostlyplate steel with a hinge on the elbow. cut my arm to crap first time i forced it on.

Wish I had a plasma cutter.That'd be pretty heavy, if you do make a full suit someday leave plenty of ventilation, it gets quite hot under a sheet of metal.

i can see your point.i think i might have to use something other than two mil plate as well cos the arm was heavy enough. either that or spend the next decade in the gym before hand.
no need for a plasma cutter either - just a simple gas axe gets the job done in a bit of time.
