This bars you from the "Pride in Oldham" competition.
Did you know that of the 400 councils in England and Wales Oldham has the 13th most expensive Council Tax and it's still a dump.

with a table, showing that Oldham had by far the highest council tax and lowest rating of all the adjoining boroughs.

I didn't renew it, though, becuase I didn't bother.
