eh?...what cause? My general goal was to post a picture on b3ta making light of the amount of asylum seekers lodged in the center of waterford, and see the type of reactions I get. I seem to have succeeded in doing so, and got a nice laugh off people thinking Im the hitler reincarnate.
Im not at all racist - I was making light of a commonly talked about topic of discussion, ala refugee's being flown into countries, and people's inane reactions. There's a paedophilia related post on the most popular board - I dont see anybody accusing the poster of molesting children.
Jokes are jokes because they're generally not true, and the teller of the joke often doesnt take a firm stand in 100% believing what he's saying - which is why I dont expect to land in a pile of piss if I go down the magic wish-granting slide singing 'weeeeee'.
I probably should've posted this without the L plates. Gruellings can be expected when youre the newbie. If youre going to get it, you might as well really fucking get it, I suppose. And honestly, fuck off and grow a sense of humour - if youre insulted by racism or any frowned upon topic of discussion, you shouldnt be on the internet at all, let alone on b3ta.
