I heard on The NPR that our Coast Gaurd is redefining the limit of people allowed on cruise ships

as the average weight per passenger has risen.

I'm not surprised, that is hilarious though. The same thing is happening to airlines too. They have to spend more money on fuel now. They should charge people's tickets based on weight, just like cargo :).
