they said I had been refused credit when renewing my contract even though I had never missed a payment.
Customer service then told me they can't answer anything regarding credit and that I would have to speak to the credit dept.
The credit dept don't speak on the phone so I had to write to them. They then replied saying that they can't answer my questions without a copy of my credit shete from equifax ro wherever. so I paid for that and sent it off and they didn't reply.
I signed up with T-Mobile and transfered my old number, then recieved about 10 letters within as many days from orange asking me to stay with them.
It turns out that I failed the credit score because the spuckwit in the shop didn't fill any of the details in. i.e
job = no
income = £0
etc etc
orange can suck my clinkers, t-mobile have been excellent.
