Sorry!I just drew it free hand on paper, then by eye drew it free hand using the mouse for the general shape and then made paths with the pen tool, right click, draw path.
I didn't really do anything to get the head symmetrical, just guess work, although I copy/pasted and flipped the ear detail and eyes.
