that's really cool!i'm working on a gif of Hitler riding my dog, but I don't know too much about making gifs (editing photos I'm fine with). What do you use to combine the edited photos into an animated gif?

I'll finish up my dog gif later, I think that I will make him waving, instead of the whole Hitler thing. Hitler's not really all that funny when he's riding a fat dog, anyway.

I was gone for a bitbut if you are still around I use Macromedia's Fireworks. Most people here use ImageReady which comes with Photoshop.
