No idea on actual legal advicebut in this case there can be no doubt that you own the copyright since it is you and you haven't used any other copyrighted images to produce it (I assume all the bits stuck to you you actually made) which is the usual argument.
I would try calling them or writing to them advising that they have used your likeness (pfft) and at least try and blag a Wii off them.
If that doesn't work then I would suggest ZOMG!!!1 SUE THEM LOL!!!1!
