It is very easy to get busted in Sweden for drunk drivingthey have a very low tolerance for it.
I was pulled over once at a routine traffic stop and administered a breathalizer. I have no idea what the results were, but I think they were confused by an American speaking fluent Swedish driving a car (rental) with Netherlands plates.
Regardless of the fact that I had a little cider to drink earlier in the night, they just waved me on.
