the patern is part of the sequence, with some 90 degrees rotate and some invert color. i wanted it to be simple.

as is I'd say it just looks like someone went to google image search, copied and pasted in to paint, saved and then resized using HTML.

edit: its all ms paint action, screen saves and some resizing to get the color flaws
