I knowI'm just trying to figure out how to get the software to vectorise a complex bitmap, but do it without showing the strokes. I can't seem to make it happen. Even if I reduce the stroke width to zero, zero the opacity, I still end up with stroke lines. It's driving me nuts.
For clearer, simpler images with stronger contrast within the colours, I tend to handtrace as you suggest. But for an image like this one it's really bloody hard to do, which is why I chose it for software vectoring.
