I'd say that if there was still anyone out there on the planet that had the slightest respect for that jumped-up self-promoting one-man hype machine, then there isn't any more...

And that's all I have to say on the subject.

I was under the impression that to infringe a trademark, you had to be using it to promote a similiar trade or service to the one it is registered for in the first place. Since no-one here appears to be using it in association with any business of any sort then where is the infringement?
