sure moon was the inspiration for animal, but the best drummer deaths happened to the former drummers of spinal tap:
1969: drummer John Pepys dies in bizarre gardening accident;
1974: drummer Eric Childs chokes to death on someone else's vomit
1977: drummer Peter 'James' Bond spontaneously combusts and is replaced by Mick Shrimpton
