Pasta will keep you awake for a while.
It will release energy slowly, so you might not want it if you want to sleep.
Something quick and filling but with a fair amount of sugar might do pretty well.
You'll crash out after a bit and it should be easier to sleep, but it depends on how long it takes for it all to burn off.
Don't bother with a pot noodle though...
