
if i went to one of my teachers with any sort of 'emotional' issues i'd have been told to get a fuckin grip, and to be honest, i think i'm better off for it.
this just seems like rewarding insecurity. bugs the fuck out o' me.

just feel that when you're a teen it's impossible to pin down your emotions in any way that might actually help.
they'll change every second because of all the hormones.
i think counselling can only really work if you have a reasonable idea of who you are and what drives you to do the things you do, as a teen your hormones drive most of what you do say and think, not a conducive state of mind to logical discussion of emotion.
in my opinon anyway.
