Wait till you have to cancel..if you ever need to.I had no problems until I decided to switch to Sky..you need a MAC code..they're VERY reluctant to give them out.

What the hell is "Bandwidth Shaping" anyhow? As far as I can see it means limiting you to 500K between 4.30pm and midnight. So much for yummy 8 meg goodness.
