Oh, for sure.There was a sign at the base (there was a big fence around it with small shed type structures and substations) saying it was owned by Orange / hutchinson Telecom.
It's some sort of uplink tower, judging by the vertical antennae and satellite antennae on it... and on a big fecking hill in the middle of nowhere would be a good place for it...
