Iduplicated the background layer
then used a peach-ish colored brush over the skin, then changed opacity to 50ish
same with lips, but with red
and with hair, I don't remember what filter i put there (omg i filta'd) but i touched it up with a grass shaped brush
google image'd 'green eye' and plopped those in there too
