still out in Buenos Aires, loving the weather, shooting a 10-minute zombie movie this week...

How's you? Travelling out here has really opened my eyes to the hostel business, been seriously considering moving into it on my return...

Well if you have the cash, I have a business model:P It works as well. I'm currently number four in London on the world's biggest hostel site:P

# Nice work
There's a couple of really good ones out here that I've been visiting, getting ideas and whatnot...so I'm saving money for my return to the UK (briefly in late June, properly some time after that), when I think a few beers may well be in order

# Wel I've got cash saved if for the same thing.
Maybe we should meet up at some point. I know the locations and what sells. I'm currently running a place that has 10 rooms/30 beds, £20,000pa rent and clears £162,000pa excluding costs.

# A well run hostel is a ash cow.
Sadly there's lots of hostel owners there that won't put any money into their properties and exploit travellers. Check out some of this place's reviews, it's just down the road.
